簽證許可函是什么?

簽證許可函是由越南入境事務處（謹代表越南政府）批准，簽署和蓋章的信。它允許旅客登機與領取簽證在到達越南五個國際機場之一。

The Visa Approval letter is the letter approved, signed & red sealed by the Vietnam Immigration Department (Vietnam Government). It allows you board and pick up your visa on arrival at any of the five international airports of Vietnam.

• 通常情況下 ，您收到的信函將與多達30個其他同批申請人同時處理，所有申請人的名字都印在一封信上。
• Normally, the letter you get will have bulk applications of up to 30 persons and all applicants’ names are printed on the one letter. This kind of letter is cheaper.

批量簽證批准函/Shared approval letter

• 如果您關心個人隱私或安全，您可以向代理人員求一封只有您的名字的許可函，因此您的信函內僅含有您個人的名字，及如適用，與你同行的家庭成員或朋友的名字。這種信函要支付額外的費用。
• If you are concerned about privacy or security, you can ask your agent for a private approval letter that bears only your name, and if applicable, the names of family members or friends who are travelling with you. This kind of letter costs more.

私人簽證核准函/Confidential approval letter

打印整个許可函（最好是彩色的，但这不是必要的），别忘随身携带！一些航空公司会要求在你允许登机之前要求您出示这封信。您在抵达越南机场的落地签证办理柜台时，也必须出示它。

Print the entire approval letter (preferably in color but this is not essential) and don’t forget to take it with you! Some airlines will ask to see the letter before they allow you to check in or board the aircraft and you will need it at the VOA desk when you arrive at the airport in Vietnam.
